Cooking Instructions

  • Deep-Fried (6-8 minutes)

    1- Preheat oil to 350°F in a deep fryer or heavy pot (enough oil to fully submerge).

    2- Carefully add frozen tequeños in a single layer. Do not overcrowd.

    3- Fry 6–8 minutes, turning as needed, until deep golden brown.

    4- Remove and drain on paper towels. Rest 1–2 minutes before serving.

  • Oven-Baked (6-8 minutes)

    1- Preheat oven to 400°F.

    2- Place frozen tequeños on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

    3- Bake 6–8 minutes on the middle rack, turning once for even color.

    4- For extra crunch, broil 30–60 seconds at the end, watching closely.

  • Air-Fried (6-8 minutes)

    1- Preheat air fryer to 375–390°F.

    2- Lightly spray basket and tequeños with oil for extra crispness.

    3- Arrange in a single layer with space between pieces.

    4- Air-fry 6–8 minutes, shaking/flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.

    5- Let rest 1 minute before serving.
